Today, his son Raymond leads field services, specializing in expert appliance repair for washers and dryers, while his wife Paula and daughter Karen manage the business office. The company has since welcomed a third generation, with granddaughter Caitlin Wallace serving as our lead dispatcher and customer service representative, often joined by great-granddaughter Josie!
